El resultado final es muy claro, las cuentas arrojan un remanente de tesorería de más de 11.900.000€, un superávit que según la ley de estabilidad presupuestaria debe destinarse prioritariamente a reducir el nivel de endeudamiento del consistorio.
«Dado que la deuda actual es inferior a los 11.000.000 de euros, el hecho de que Marratxí pase a ser un municipio con endeudamiento cero depende únicamente ahora de la voluntad del equipo de Gobierno actual y de que este actúe según marca la legislación vigente.» ha declarado el grupo municipal popular.
El alcalde ha contestado que no es su intención el reducir deuda , ya que quiere tener dinero en caja disponible.
El portavoz del grupo popular, Xisco Ferrá ha insistido en la tendencia positiva del consistorio, que llevó a un superávit en 2014 y 2015.
